As the Senior Electrician you’ll lead the installation, advanced diagnostics, and preventative maintenance of automated manufacturing equipment. This role focuses on custom conveyors, industrial robotics, and high- and low-voltage power distribution within an automotive production environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose complex electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic failures on automated assembly lines and robotic cells
- Conduct regular inspections of electrical systems and equipment to ensure compliance with safety regulations and operational standards
- Assemble, wire, and test industrial control panels, sensors, VFDs (Variable Frequency Drives), and automated machinery
- Read and interpret intricate electrical blueprints, I/O lists, and technical drawings
- Mentor junior technicians, enforce strict lockout/tagout (LOTO) protocols, and ensure compliance with automotive safety standards
Qualifications & Experience
- Education: High School diploma or GED, valid Journeyman Electrical Certification
- 5+ years of hands-on industrial electrical experience, specifically within automotive manufacturing or automation integration.
- Proven experience in Robotics and Automation field, particularly in an electrical capacity.
- Strong fluency in reading mechanical blueprints, pneumatic schematics, and basic electrical diagrams.
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting abilities, good communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Physical & Safety Tasks
All applicants must be able to perform the following tasks as part of their player-coach operational responsibilities:
- Walk up to 5 km per day during manufacturing floor oversight and plant walkthroughs.
- Stand and work at heights or navigate tight operational environments when required.
- React quickly to visual and auditory factory alerts.
- Wear required personal protective equipment (PPE) including safety footwear, safety eyewear, vests, and high-visibility gear during site visits.
